    3. Once you approve the mockup it goes into production — standard production is 10–14 business days, then shipping. Rush (5 business days) and same-day options are available at checkout.
    4. Our quality guarantee is in place — right the first time, or we make it right, every time.

    As a bonus you get free shipping, and if your logo or design needs some fine tuning we'll take care of that at no extra charge.
