Refund policy
While all care is taken to ensure your goods are created just as you always imagined, sometimes things don't always go to plan. If you have any concerns or complaints you can contact me directly via Roland@60ftink.com.au
Procedures such as providing mocks ups of your goods are followed to ensure the right prints are placed in the right places with the right colours. once this is approved by you we can not take responsibility for errors in the approved prints or designs. We will however work with you to find a solution.
All products are sold with a 60 day waranttee on the print and the garment or item. This is subject to normal wear and tear and what would be considered normal use. Please don't use one of our shirts as a snatch strap and then expect me to replace it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Given the nature of custom goods we can not offer refunds if you change your mind. this includes designs, colours, garment type or another variable that you have decided on and approved for use.
Refunds will only be given after discussion and investigation into the reasons behind such a request.
