Our first priority is to fix the problem or reprint where needed. Contact Roland directly so we can evaluate the issue.

All products are sold with a 60-day warranty on the print and the garment or item, subject to normal wear and tear and normal use. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Check your mockup carefully: we cannot take responsibility for errors in prints or designs you have approved. We will, however, work with you to find a solution.
